This track is designed for graduates interested in digital careers within the pharmaceutical industry.

Digital track
Business track
This track offers opportunities for graduates interested in business and operational areas of Sanofi.
Explore opportunities in Medical, Market Access, Clinical operations, Public Affairs, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, etc.
Bracklet track
This track is designed for graduates interested in support functions and corporate services that are critical to the effective operation of Sanofi.
Engage in roles covering, People & Culture, Legal Affairs, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, Communication and others.

Over the 12 months, you will embark on a development journey designed to maximize your potential.

There's no previous experience needed. With us, your journey begins a new guided by mentoring and practical experiences that will shape your future.
Joining our program is a step into an environment where your enthusiasm and desire to learn are valued above all else.
EXPERIENCE
Continuous learning is the key to personal and professional growth. To participate in the program, you must be enrolled in official studies/training for the duration of your contract.
You will be eligible for financial support of up to 3.000€, as well as personalised guidance to help you choose the best training opportunity to advance your career.
EDUCATION
